Doctor Site

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible to operational of company clinic
• Check up & give precise treatment to patient (company employee)
• Do “health Audit” and “health socialization”
• Make report in employee treatment
• Make health analyze


Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience as practical doctor
• Have Hiperkes certification
• Having good attitude, honest & integrity, and having good interpersonal skill.
• Fast learner and have good conceptual & analytical thinking, and hard worker.
• Will be place at site, Central Kalimantan


 
HSE SUPERINTENDENT
(HSE-Superintendent )
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from safety or related background.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Safety exposure, preferable with mining industry background.
3. Formal training in Safety and Risk Management.
4. Hold AK3 certified from government
5. Have POP/ POM certification.
6. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure. Well versed with ISO 9001 requirements.
7. Have experience with HSE Management Systems & their implementation at an operational level.
8. Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections.
9. Experience in Incident investigation, analysis & reporting processes.
10. Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing).
11. Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, PTO, HSE procedure, HIRA, HAZOB, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.
12. Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill.
13. Will be place on Central Kalimantan.



Senior Recruitment
Requirement:
1. Min. bachelor degree from psychology or related education
2. Having experience at least 4 years in Recruitment
3. Preferably from coal mining industry
4. Good command in English, both oral and written
5. Good involvement in organizational activities
6. Having good conceptual & analytical thinking
7. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel in an organization
8. Excellent interpersonal and good management skills (good leadership, teamwork, honest and integrity)
9. Creative thinker and hard worker.
10. Will be placed at Head Office, Jakarta


 
MINE ENGINEER
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, preferably in mining engineering with at least 2 years as coal mine engineer superintendent
2. Certified in POP
3. Familiar with mine software; Mapinfo, Minescape, MINEX, Surpac, Autocad
4. Knowledge of best practice in Project Management
5. Competence in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining methods and equipment.
6. Understand mid and/or long-term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering
7. Able to implement HSE system of mining operations.
8. Strong on planning, analytical, and problem solving skills, especially in analyzing mining process including all related equipment, technical difficulties, and make improvement recommendations as needed
9. Good adaptability and highly self-motivated
10. Excellent interpersonal and project management skills (good leadership, teamwork, honest and integrity).
11. Will be place at Central Kalimantan

3. Berpengalaman dibidang terkait minimal 1 Tahun
4. Lancar berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
5. Mempunyai sikap/sifat yang baik, integritas, percaya diri, mampu bersosialisasi, tahan terhadap tekanan kerja.
6. Cepat belajar, mempunyai pemikiran yang baik secara konseptual dan analisis

Deskripsi Kerja :
1. Memastikan dan melakukan data in/out karyawan secara regular setiap bulan.
2. Mengontrol dan memastikan kelengkapan database HR di semua PT dalam lingkup RIMAU Group (Laporan Turn Over, absensi, mutasi, promosi, demosi, NIK, dll).
3. Bertanggungjawab dalam absensi karyawan (database, laporan, maintenance Fingerprint)
4. Menjalankan fungsi HR-IR (Surat-surat, Kontrak Kerja, Jamsostek, NPWP dan data-data bulanan lainnya).
5. Menjaga dan memastikan kelengkapan data karyawan, kerapihan data Karyawan
6. Mengontrol penyerahan data bulanan terkait dengan departemen lain (Jamsostek, NPWP, dan data-data bulanan lainnya)
