General Manager (GM)
Job Description :
• Responsible for policy implementation and ensure the company’s regulations, as well as compatibility with the company’s objectives and strategies appropriate to the overall business targets
• Develop, monitor, evaluate and implement on the company’s overall policy in order to run optimally, effectively and efficiently.
• Controlling and evaluating the implementation of the strategy in order to obtain strategic input as proposals for next policy
• Evaluating and analyzing the results of the implementation strategy of the company and seek proposals for solving problems that arise
• To monitor and provide guidance functions of each department in implementing the company’s strategy
• Ensure that the organization structure of the whole organization is designed to achieve the priorities and objectives in line with Board of Directors
Job Requirement :
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in petroleum
• Maximum age 55 year old
• 10 year experience in oil and gas industry, with 3 year in the same level
• Have the ability to speak English Active (oral & written)
• Have adequate knowledge in accordance with the scope of duties
• Having good communication and managerial skill, and work effectively
• Has the nature of responsibility, leadership, discipline, a good personality and integrity.

Field Manager (kode: FM)
(Field based)
Job Description:
• Develop and coordinate working program in daily, weekly and monthly basis as well as monitoring, evaluating and reporting of the budget, work progress and implementation of the work plan in accordance with the work program and the target field in the WP&B to increase oil production.
• To coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of work program by management, such as the construction of new facilities, drilling, workover, reopening and monitor work schedules as well as the achievement of the targets of the program.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of production wells for well service, repair and optimization.
• To coordinate, monitor and evaluate the activities of oil transport from field to the sales point.
• Coordinate and monitor the maintenance and improvement of production facilities, the availability of power supply, production pipeline and their supporting facilities and infrastructure in the field.
• To coordinate, monitor, evaluate and provide solutions for operational problems and ensure the implementation of the work program in Field is effective and efficient.
• Lead, coordinate, provide solutions and build social relationships, in order to assist the smooth operation.
• Maintain good and intensive communication coordination with head office concerning activities in the field, to support smooth operation.
• Lead, coordinate, evaluate and provide input throughout field operations activities in accordance with HSSE.
Job Requirement:
• Having Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering from a reputable university (accredited) would be an advantage
• Having understanding and experiences as a Field Engineer
• Willing to be placed in the location
• Having at least 3 years experience in a similar position would be an advantage
• Have good leadership skills and maximum age of 45 years
• Ability to work with the target and under minimum supervision
• Have computer ability specially in Microsoft Office, Sonolog-Dynagraph and Production Softwares.
• Have good understanding in English and able to communicate well (spoken and written)
• Have integrity, loyalty, honesty and good teamwork.

Production Supervisor (kode: PS)
(Field based)
Job Description:
• Coordinate, conduct studies, analysis and as well as the work program of lifting wells (reparations, well services, reopening, workover and stimulation) with head office based on the work plan so that it can be done accurately, on time, in accordance with short, medium and long plan.
• To coordinate, collect Low and Off data as the evaluation of production wells for lifting optimization.
• Coordinate, identify, analyze wells problems and lifting methods, such as sand problem, scale problem, SRP lifting, HPU lifting, gas lifting.
• Coordinate and evaluate production data based on well potential data as a basis for lifting design to increase and maintain production.
• To coordinate, collect, compile and make documentation of production performance data, in cooperation with other functions to create and update the well history, well lifting performance, well potential and production forecast for short, medium and long term plans.
• Lead, supervise, ensuring timely and accurate implementation and providing technical assistance in the field of production re-activation, maintenance, workover, well stimulation and completion.
• To coordinate with related functions in production activities (Maintenance, Civil Construction, etc.) to ensure smooth operational activities of the company.
• To coordinate, assess, develop and cooperate with other functions to prepare AFE program, AFE PIS, AFE Close-Out, WP&B and other production report.
• To lead, supervise and evaluate oil transport from the field to the sales point.
• Coordinate, evaluate and provide input on field production activities in accordance with HSSE.
Job Requirement:
• Having Bachelor Degree from Petroleum Engineering from reputable university (accredited) would be an advantage
• Have understanding and experiences as a Production Engineer for 5 years would be an advantage
• Willing to be placed in the location
• Ability to work with target, under minimum supervision and good teamwork
• Strong skills in computer, Sonolog-Dynagraph and production software
• Have a good understanding in English and able to communicate well in spoken and written
• Have integrity, loyalty, honesty and teamwork.

Workover/Well Service Coordinator (kode: WO/WS)
(Field based)
Job Description:
• Make plan/program of monthly/yearly WS with the head office team (program, equipment and services) to optimize oil and gas production.
• Conduct an analysis of WS based on the production performance of wells to optimize oil and gas production.
• Conduct analysis of well history for well service candidates (well test, well service results and other), to determine accurate well services and workover programs.
• Conduct analysis of well profile, maintain well database (productive layer, total depth, PBTD, wellbore diagram, etc.), to determine accurate well services and workover programs.
• Perform well services (WS) and workover (WO) programs to optimize well production.
• Supervise WS & WO jobs to ensure smooth operations activities of the company.
• Compile WS/WO data and make a report for analyzing the results of the programs.
• Coordinate with other functions in WS/WO operating activities (Maintenance, Civil Construction, etc.) to ensure smooth operations activities of the company.
• Perform routine checking for field operations activities in accordance with HSSE.

Job Requirement:
• Diploma-3 from accredited university would be an advantage
• Have 3 years understanding and experiences in Workover (WO)/Well Service (WS)
• Willing to be placed in the location
• Ability to work with target, under minimum supervision and good teamwork.
• Have good computer capabilities mainly in Microsoft Office, Sonolog-Dynagraph & Production Software
• Have a good understanding in English and able to communicate well in spoken and written
• Have integrity, loyalty and honesty and teamwork.
