Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km2 that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (CoW) covering a total area of 1,639 km2.

The resource base on 31 December 2015 includes 7.4 Moz of gold and 69 Moz of silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is 4.5 mtpa ore to produce in excess of 250,000 oz of gold and 2-3 Moz of silver per annum.

PT Agincourt Resources engages approximately 2,300 employees and contractors, more than 98% Indonesians, of which 71% were recruited from South Tapanuli and other regions in North Sumatra.

The main shareholder of PT Agincourt Resources is a consortium led by EMR Capital, an Australian mining private equity fund (61.4% of shares). The consortium also includes Farallon Capital, a global financial investor (20.6%), Martua Sitorus (11%) and Robert Budi Hartono & Michael Bambang Hartono (7%).

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

JUNIOR SUPERVISOR LAND MONITORING AND DOCUMENT CONTROL
(CR 1606030)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Supervisor Land Management.

This position would be responsible to assist the completion of the process of the land acquisition and ensures all land acquisition and uses are in accordance with the applicable government regulations. This position is also assist Land Management team in defining land requirements for mine site area including control land management document.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor degree in Social, Economic, or Law.
2. Have experience minimum 2-5 years.
3. Preferably experience in Mining Company.
4. Familiar with GPS and land data base application.
5. Strong communication skills, especially with local people.
6. Knowledge of agrarian law as well as customary law.
7. Ability to deal effectively with land owners and communities.
8. Excellent in using internet, email and MS office.
9. Good communication in English.

SUPERVISOR LAND MANAGEMENT (CR 1606029)
This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Land Management Superintendent.

This position would be responsible to assist the completion of the process of the land acquisition and ensures all land acquisition and uses are in accordance with the applicable government regulations. This position is also assist Land Management team in defining land requirements for mine site area.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor degree in Social, Economic, or Law.
2. Minimum 5-10 year experience in Land Affairs.
3. Preferably experience in Mining Company.
4. Familiar with GPS and land data base application.
5. Strong communication skills, especially with local people.
6. Knowledge of agrarian law as well as customary law.
7. Ability to deal effectively with land owners and communities.
8. Excellent in using internet, email and MS office.
9. Good communication in English.
