Marketing Solution Lead Indonesia
The main role of the Marketing Solution Lead Indonesia will be reporting to Country Manager / President Director and acting as part of Indonesia Management team. The person we are looking for will innate commercial and marketing acumen to manage product and service revenue and margins for bulk explosives, initiation systems, mining chemicals, services and solutions, especially differentiation solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Strategic planning with the use of long-term demand drivers.
• Develop differentiation strategy and manage the execution.
• Articulation of our customer value proposition and technical solutions vision.
• Commercial contract strategy development and ongoing product stewardship.
• Overall management of pricing & commercial compliance.
• Delivery of market and customer intelligence, branding communications & content;
• Strategic competitor analysis and account management acquisition strategies;
• Align the regional strategic plan with global corporate standards and objects
• Demonstrable capability in planning & devising go-to-market strategies for our product and services
• Developed decision making with the leadership capability to deliver long term market growth
• A collegiate approach with the ability to lead and develop high performing teams; supportive of others success
• Ability to lead and influence change across culturally diverse regions
Requirements:
• Committed to Orica standards in Safety, Health, and environment and business ethics
• Experience in the mining contractors, services and/or supply industries as senior leader in sales/marketing/business development will be highly desired
• Min 15 years in a geographically diverse commodity & services product management (market analytics, research and strategy role)
• Developing Self & others, results-oriented, customer and commercial focus
• Proven leadership and decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• University degree with a focus Mining Engineering; Marketing coupled with MBA credentials
