We are a new established foreign investment company, PT. Bhimasena Power Indonesia the Power Plant industry that will supply for 2 x 1000 MW located in Batang, Central Java, Indonesia. Now we are seeking high qualified and dynamics professionals to bulid our organization in the following position:
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
(CODE: HRM)
Responsibility area/system:
1. Planning, organizing, actuating, controlling employee recruitment, manpower planning, development and mobilizations. Company compensation and benefit and strategy, Employee relation and expatriate affairs, Employee Administration and Information Systems, GA Coordination for Jakarta Office and consolidation with Project Site.
2. Managing HR daily operational tasks including general affair issues and income tax calculation and report for locals and expatriates.
3. Maintains employees benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefits needs and trends, recommending benefits programs to management, directing the processing of benefits claims, obtaining and evaluating benefits contract bids, awarding benefits, designing and conducting educational programs on benefits programs.
4. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government requirement, conducting investigation and maintaining records.
5. Leading and supporting management to deliver job evaluation in line with organization’s objectives.
Job Qualification:
1. Male/Female with minimum of 40 years old
2. Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
3. Having experiences more than 10 years in HR Section / 5 years as HR Manager in Oil & Gas, Power Plant Company, and Infrastructure Project
4. Computer and English proficiency (verbal and written)
5. Experience to work with Expatriates
6. Strong leadership, excellent communication skill, integrity, and good management skill.
7. Very good initiation and negotiation skill
